I started Ghaffari Law Firm because I’ve seen how the system works from the inside—and I couldn’t keep watching people get taken advantage of.
Before I represented injury victims, I worked in insurance defense for over six years. Although I gained valuable experience, I saw how people became numbers, and the personal touch that matters most was often lost. I sat across from the very people who now try to minimize, delay, or deny my clients’ claims. I know their strategies, their pressure points, and their playbook—and I use that knowledge every day to fight smarter and harder for those who’ve been hurt.
But my drive to advocate for others goes deeper than courtroom strategy.
I was raised by parents who taught me to never be scared of hard work, that there are no shortcuts, and showed me what strength, resilience, and courage really look like. That example shaped who I am and why I do what I do.
I built this firm for people who are going through the hardest moments of their lives—people who need someone in their corner who won’t back down. I adopted the Never Settle mindset because it's not about being obstinate-it's about refusing to accept less than what you truly deserve, even when everyone tells you that you should. I've seen it personally, and it's my mission to ensure that none of my clients will ever have to feel that moment in their case. I’m here to restore dignity, demand accountability, and help good people rebuild after bad things happen.
